As a PR and paid advertising client of UpSpring’s since 2022, when Soake Pools needed a fresh, elegant look that honored their established brand, they knew UpSpring was the right fit. The UpSpring creative specialists refined the brand identity while preserving the charm of the original logo. The result? A brand that exudes sophistication and personality.
Alongside the rebrand, the website team designed an intuitive, visually stunning website that tells Soake Pools’ story. As a critical part of the sales funnel, the website needed to not only showcase their innovative products but also provide a seamless, luxurious user experience. Prospective customers can now effortlessly explore the specifications as well as customizations available, discovering all of the ways they can make the plunge pool of their dreams, and easily connect with a sales representative to continue their journey.
UpSpring’s work elevated Soake Pools’ brand and website, infusing it with even more personality and storytelling, and creating a beautiful, user-friendly digital experience.
In 2024, Soake Pools sought to promote the new Soake Cold Plunge that launched in January, as well secure coverage for residential projects completed in 2024 in partnership with the brand’s preferred regional landscape architects and designers. This year, the brand expressed interest in penetrating regional markets beyond their bread and butter New England market.
Soake Pools received coverage for the Soake Cold Plunge in target trade, national consumer, and regional residential publications. By promoting more regional projects with brand partners / celebrity designers, Soake Pools was able to break into Midwestern and Western print and online publications, increasing leads in traditionally slower sales areas. Of the 23 press placements, 19 (82.6%) are new outlets/social media pages where the brand has not been previously featured.
